Directions: Click this link, press Directions, choose the car symbol, enter your postcode or half of it, on the top line and click the spyglass.
New from 2017: An AQUABIKE finish line. If you are unable (or simply choose not) to do the run for any reason, such as an injury, we will publish results of your swim and bike times as an Aquabike event. There is no special entry or registration for this, so even if you simply retire after the bike or an old injury comes to get you on the run, you will get an Aquabike finish time. Any awards may depend on numbers.
Registration: from 07:00,  First swimmer starts: 08:00.
On-line entries: will close at 8pm on the preceding Thursday.
Entry in advance: £42. If you are 65 or over by Dec 31st in the race year, you race FREE with us in our weekend multisport events, unless otherwise stated.
Entry on the day: will be available subject to capacity, £50, cash only at registration please. I believe we have never yet turned away an athlete on the day of a race. You could print and fill in our postal form (see [Race entry] at top of page) and bring it along, which is easier for you and us at a busy registration desk.
Race pack: We don't send out a race pack in the post, everything is handled at registration on the day. No worries.
Pre-race emails: are normally sent the day after on-line entries close.
Chip timing: This event will be chip timed, subject to sufficient numbers.
Event Records: Male 00:47:42, Female 00:57:33 (Some courses have altered over time)
Team Entries: Relay team entries of 2 or 3 people are welcome at all our multisport events, see Race Entry page for details. You pay for just one race entry, unlike other promoters' races.

Maidstone 2020 date: yet to be confirmed.
More info: What an amazing venue! Situated high up on the ridge overlooking the Weald of Kent, all facilities are close together. The indoor heated 25m pool will be split into 6 lanes for the 300m swim. You then exit the pool doors and just 10m later are into the transition zone, a lawned area which leads you onto the tarmac exit road where 60m later you will reach the Mount Zone. Left onto the A274 and its a very fast run down to Headcorn. First left there into Kings Road, then left again into the Ulcombe Road and a gentle climb back up to Ulcombe village where the gradient ramps up ! You then reach Lenham Rd/Chartway St which will take you back to the A274, left again at Warmlake and 300mts later you are back at the Dismount Zone. Out of transition and into the school playing fields, the two lap run is all on grass around the perimeter. The last K is all downhill to the finish, right opposite transition, for hydration and Jaffa cakes.
