40k bike route using the flat , fast , one lap loop of the Q50/11 Time trial course .
Again , a fast and flat 10k run using the quiet roads and paths of Lydd itself .
This is a PB course .
Supporting facilities on site include the renowned luxury toilet blocks , HQ marquee including shop and changing , hot food and drink stall ,, showers and comprehensive prize list .There is also free camping in the HQ field .
The venue is only 15mins from junction 10 of the M20 at Ashford , just over the hour from London .
