400m pool swim in the Hundred of Hoo Pool (HQ)
20k bike route out to High Halstow then across the marshes to Cliffe before returning to Wainscott and up the A228 to Hoo .A technical and challenging route .
The 5k run travels into Hoo before heading UP Bell lane then turning left into the old Ratcliffe Highway and round into Hoo via the pathway and the finish outside the school .
