400m pool swim
20k bike – out to Biddenden via Sissinghurst , then back to Frittenden via A274 and back to Cranbrook – a slightly challenging but scenic route .
The 5k run is all off-road taking you out to and through Angley Woods which is a Pine and Silver Birch plantation .Not flat but neither is it that hilly .
Now in its third year this extremely popular yet friendly “local” race may well sell out its 200 entry capacity ….
Currently there are 158 places available .
