400m swim in the 33.3m pool
20k bike route out to Broad Oak then on towards Herne then left and back to Canterbury via Tyler hill .Undulating yet scenic .
The 5k run is completely flat , again it uses the Broad Oak Road , Vauxhall Road and Sturry Road to complete the loop , returning to the Kingsmead Leisure Centre HQ via the pathway alongside the River Stour .
2011 saw this event sell out , we have now raised the race entry to 250 as the field next door has been hired to stage the finish , trade stands , massage and post-race refreshments .
There are currently 197 places available .
